It is with great sadness that we learn of an overall disappointing experience, for which we cannot but offer our sincerest apologies. We would like to thank you for the time that you have invested in writing about your impressions of our resort. I would give this hotel a 0 out 10 and avoid at all costs. We had a horrible experience from start to finish and the staff at the hotel couldn't have cared less about their guests and their experience. This was the worst trip of my entire life. There was also tile missing from the bathroom which was very odd. The toilet paper holder in our room fell off several times. This left my pregnant wife to stand in a 100 degree hallway while we waited over 30 mins several times. We had to go back to the front desk several times during our stay for them to call maintenance back over to let us into our room. When we checked in the bellman who opened our room said they send maintenance over to fit I saying it needed new batteries. Upon checkout we let the hotel know about this and they told us that they were already aware. ![]() Outside our room was broken stone that had fallen off the building. The hotel is also literally falling apart. There are also a few 'member only' restaurants which are not included. There's another restaurant with a even looser dress code, however, there are very few inside tables so be prepared to eat outside in 100 degree heat. He insulted our group in the middle of our meal and ruined our dinner. I explained I didn't bring pants and they told me they'd provide pants, which looked soiled. However after ordering our meals and eating our first course the hotel manager come over and told us we needed to leave unless we went and changed. It was 100 degrees and 80% humidity (felt like 110) and I didn't bring pants on the trip. The first night we had no problems but we were treated so bad the second night. They also have a dress code at a few restaurants which they only enforce some of the time. The beach bar was open but only if you enjoyed the sounds of construction while enjoying a warm beer. There are signs saying 'closed to the public' and there was a trunk on the beach working on a wall during the trip. After trying a few options the first day we stopped drinking on the trip because of how horrible they were. They are all water down heavily or made with so much sugar. My friend got a smoothie which was given to her at room temp with 1 ice cube. The breakfast buffet is completely garbage. My wife order a chicken salad and it came with 1 strip of chicken that was rubbery that looks and was the size of a chip. The best meal we had was at the airport on our way home. At 2 different meals the waiter completely forgot 1 person in our party entire order. The food is completely inedible, that is if it ever even gets to the table! It took us over 40 minutes to just get water to the table at our first meal. We went with another couple for a birthday party for a short weekend trip Fri-Sun. ![]() This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. ![]()
